Despite that smug photo I'm a humble soul who hates blowing
his own trumpet, I've been asked to explain what makes a first
class Chauffeur so please indulge me...
First and foremost is
a total commitment to customer service, your main concern
is always to give your clients what they want, safety is obviously
paramount, so as long as the clients wishes do not compromise
their personal security I'm happy to oblige
Discretion is a vital
ingredient too, I've been fortunate enough to drive Film Directors,
Actors and Actresses, Pop stars, Soccer stars and Captains
of industry, Chauffeurs naturally hear things that should
NEVER go further than their own ears. Another aspect of discretion
is in appreciating the individual, a Professional Chauffeur
will always make the client feel at ease and won't engage
in conversation unless he judges that conversation is what
the clients wants or needs
Our Chauffeurs are carefully
selected for these primary qualities, all are naturally Licensed
by the London Public Carriage Office which means they meet
the required standards of fitness for the job and undergo
full background checks with the criminal records bureau etc.,
most people are surprised by the interesting backgrounds our
chauffeurs have, many have at least a Bachelor degree under
their belt and have lived interesting lives prior to becoming
Chaufeurs
